Bath Time!

Contrary to the look on her face Ava enjoyed her new tub, she laughed and smiled......as long as I kept my hand on her. As soon as I reach for the camera, this is the face I get. Maybe she knows these are future blackmail pictures :)

Love Those Bears

Ava really loves the bear mobile on her cradle. In the beginning she would just stare at them, now she's all about "talking" to them and trying to reach them.

My Poor Baby

This is what happens to Ava when she's left in the care of Daddy and Jordan. Propped on pillow fast asleep while they laugh and take pictures....so wrong!

Puzzle Master

Jordan has become quite the puzzle master. He's up to 100 pieces. We usually give the big ones to do when we're trying to watch some TV that doesn't include talking animals

Playdate Fun

We had a visit from Shannon and her two boys, Brian and Brendon this week. Jordan was very excited to have some playmates in the house his age. He talked about playing with friends the rest of the day.

Just Hangin Out

With all the cold weather we've had to opportunity to spend lots of time together indoors. Ava just loves her big brother. She thinks all his craziness is so funny.
Our biggest event so far this season has been Jordan's theatrical debut. His daycare put on a Winter Gala. I may be biased but I think my baby stole the show.

Merry Christmas

We had a great Christmas. We had big sister Jada come up early to join in on our Christmas Eve fun of making cookies for Santa and reading The Night Before Christmas right before bedtime. Mema came over Christmas day for dinner with lots of presents.
I'm pretty sure Ava had no idea what was going on for her first Christmas but she was all smiles anyway. Jordan really appreciated the fact that he got way more toys than Ava. He reminded her to stop being a "bad girl" and crying all the time so Santa will bring her presents next time :)
