Peaches Suck.....According to Ava

I gave Ava her first taste of something with a little flavor this weekend. You would think after almost 6 months of the same thing she would be as excited as Jordan was for his first taste of peaches. My little Bean was not impressed at all. She refused to have any parts of that so called food. I even tried bannanas (which is really good) and you would think I gave her poison. I'll keep trying here and there until she's ready. I guess she's still on the liquid diet for now.

Time for Tae Kwon Do

With his first T-Ball season down to 5 games remaining, my little all-star is ready for his next challenge. He went in for an assessment on Wednesday to determine if he was ready and he blew them away. He was awarded his white belt on Friday. That's my baby!!

Ava Meets Great-Granny

We finally had a chance to take Ava to Great Granny's house for their first meeting. Ava got her first piece of jewelry; a cross necklace gift from Daddy's grandmother.

Jordan was happy with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich :)

Our Trip to Virginia Museum of Fine Arts

I had to take the day off since daycare was closed for some reason. We took advantage of the time off by catching the Picasso exhibit before it left the museum. We weren't able to take any pictures in there. It didn't matter since Jordan was not at all impressed. There were a lot of comments like "That's scary!" or " What is that Mommy?"

He did enjoy the Indian art and having lunch outside. We had a great time even though there are no new Picasso fans in our house.
