The Mothership has landed......in my back yard!

Jordan's big present this year for his birthday was a trampoline......and I do mean big! He really loves his "jump-o-line" as he says. I love it too, even though I told James what size to get he decided to go bigger. I was told from NASA it can be seen from space!

We spent some time in the backyard enjoying the nice weather before heading to Cici's for dinner and video games. I think he really enjoyed his day :)

The Celebration Begins

This is a little late but who cares. We began celebrating Jordan turning 4 on Friday with a little party at daycare with his friends. He was totally shocked to wake up from his nap to find me, Daddy and Ava in his classroom with cake and ice cream. All his friends seemed pretty happy too. .

To the Bowling Alley

Jordan, Ava and I decided to take advantage of a day off during the week and head to the bowling alley. Jordan and I compete all the time on Wii bowling, sadly he has beat me a few times and I show no mercy!!
We tried the real thing kinda( we used the bumpers and a ramp). According to our speeding limit scores we both need to stick to the Wii.

Ava was not at all impressed. She took this as opportunity to take an afternoon nap.

She's Still Here

Apparently Jordan has had it up to here with Ava waking him up in the middle of the night. He is going to drastic measures to make sure it doesn't happen tonight.....thankfully it didn't work.

Just Call Him Lil Papi

Spectators got their first glance at the future MLB star. Jordan had his first T-Ball practice last night and he was a natural. Well as natural as a 3 year can be. I only got one picture because his coach quickly realized that he would need parent participation. Trying to get a group of twelve 3-4 year olds to pay attention for more than 2 min without parent assistance is impossible.

Hopefully we'll have more pictures as the season goes on.

Back to Reality

A lot has happened since our last post. Ava is now 3 months old and since we didn't win the lottery, Mommy is back at work. We just finished our first full week of work at daycare. Ava seems to be adjusting a lot better than me, mostly due to the fact she has the best big brother ever!!

Jordan leaves his class twice a day to visit his sister in the infant room to make sure she's OK. He gives Mommy a daily report of anything he is concerned about. He told me that sister was in the baby swing without her socks today......you gotta love him!!
